8 pin rapid fire controller

Ok me and my friend are gathering up for what is need  to make a rapid fire controller but the only problem we have is
choosing a chip and one that works with the mod and a hex code that will work with it we also need to find the correct tutorial we have seen so many and we just dont understand kits on ebay only have a few things we see tutorials on here that have alot more things put it that way

Yes i am purchasing a 14$ sata programer which i have a usb convertor for
also we are planning to use a 8 pin chip not a 16 pin that is offered pre programmed at wierdinput.com
so basically post tutorials please of an 8 pin rapid fire mod

yes i am a noob at the rapid fire controller mod but i have done alot others but they were simple so just please try to help me thanks

Well then, my fellow "noob." There is a large amount of info posted already on this very situation you mention. May I suggest that you read, stay up on current threads, cross your fingers, and put faith in the mods.

You know, I've seen a few posts like this. As a new member this is quite bothersome. Not so much the "search and read" part. But the fact that there's a 360 tutorial section and it has 1 tut in it... the spitfire. Why have it if nothing is going to be posted in it. I've been a member for only a few day here but I do know people don't like to spoon feed you when the info is easily found. So I've been browsing this forum and past threads. There is no 1 good, all in one tut for anything, other than the spitfire, that pops out using the search function. Long time members may know which thread has specific info, but that doesn't help the noobs.

I mean no disrespect. Honestly. I'm just saying it as it is.
