psp camera

i was gunna buy a camera and mount on the back of my psp to the right of the umd case. where do i solder or atach the camera to make it so i can acess it from the camera option under photo in the main menu.

here are the camera options:

there are other cameras if you go on the left side and go to sensors.. also check out lcds on the side cuz there is a touch screen for the psp.. thanks

idk eaither if i can make it a touch screen but it has a thing that says LCD PSP touch screen... that would be cool if it worked. and thanks for the link

i beat its possible but you just have know the track of how to get set up.

Im really excited to see if this works out. I want to see your results for sure! Im concerned that the PSP's Go!Cam uses different resolutions and therefor wont recognise the camera. Also the go!cam is not directly connected to the usb port(persay). The camera and mic input are digitalised and the data is sent through just 2 pins of the usb plug. It may work still, and I hope it does, but, be prepared for the worst.

EDIT:Oops I forgot to say, for just that^^^ reason I would go with this one.

I would try connecting:
Camera             USB plug
RED                  Pin2 or Pin3 *video to data+ or data-*
BLACK              Pin 5 *ground*
YELLOW            Pin 1   *VCC*

hooking up another camera to the psp other then go cam will not work the go cam is made specificaly for the psp.also the touch screen is not possible either(well it could be but it would be way to much work)

It was very plausible, You will be able to get it added to the Hive board in the future

oh yea cuz technology wont stock new stuff will always be created and idea that will add to those creations..
