and a 15 episodes of one piece in 720p, which, my cousin and i are going to thuroughly enjoy when he visits for two weeks while he interns at my dad's biotech....

Noah, that mouse isn't the most expensive. There's an 89$ mouse on tigerdirect...and I'm getting the Razer Lachesis mouse. It's way better XD

thing is seriously nice, read my review

im perfectly aware that there are more expensive desktop mice, like the mx revolution, also by logitech, which is baller, 100$ and super sleek w/ extre buttons

Well, technically you could say any mouse is a notebook mouse. USB mice can be used for notebooks too, although they're not made for it. XD

technically, but thats not how all mouse manufacturer's put it

they put it 'notebook mouse'

for portability purposes really

i had an old trackball mouse...it was not portable, therefore certainly not a notebook mouse, optimized for mobile performance
mine actually has 6 months of battery life...

as for the Lachesis, it is a high performance gaming mouse optimized for the dekstop...
it has a cord, and will likely not work well on my pants leg or other surfaces, at least as well as it does on a mousepad. also, because it is larger, it can fit more technology into it, while notebook mice can't for size purposes (though logitech did an amazing job with the vx nano)

also @ noah, your mac doesn't have built in bluetooth? My mouse was cheaper and has better stats than that one, bluetooth as well (works with the PS3 too!)

it does have bluetooth, i never use it, the mouse dosn't have it, i dont like it

it works great, has nano receiver w/ 30 ft range, etc.

works on ps3 as well, same with BTC keyboard to chat up my comrades in MGO
