Ok, i'd recommend looking at this. https://www.acidmods.com/forum/index.php?topic=17761.0

it's a tut to hook up a ps2 controller to the psp. use the connection points on the psp to wire up the wheel (you'll need to trace what wires from the wheel need to go to the d-pad for example. same with the rest of the buttons). for the steering, just hook it up to the analog points. that should be all you need to do. also someone (i think F00f00) made a concept version for the psp, check that out on youtube.
