XBOX 360 CONTROLLER WITH RAPID FIRE WONT TURN ON

OK i have a rapid fire controller that i made from the chip i bought from wiredinput my controller work for about 3-4 weeks and then it wont turn on and when i hold the middle buton i can hear a squeking noice until i let go. before this happen i was play cod4 for about 5 hours and when mic move and tap my bed it just turned off... and i thought that was happening cuz my batterings were dying so it did this about 4 times. then the last time it gently tap my bed and turned off and wont turned on.  I put new batterings and everything. please help i dont want to buy a new controller. and my xbox is out off warranty so they wont send me a new one. I have a few ms points from mydreamcarchallge.com or whatever from july..... so if u make it work i will give u atleat 400 but probally 800.. thanks

where does the squeak come from? the headset?

it come from inside the controller... like if i put my ear next to the big guide button i can hear it

sounds like you had a wire come loose, and +V and GND are shorted, causing it not to power on.

so i fixed it and will probally split points but i am gonna see what the guys says....but another quick question is the new 3 mode rapid fire faster???? it seems like it ... it seem the like th 7.99 chip only is always on mode 2

I think you are right on the money with the $7.99 chip being mode 2 on the 3 mode chip.

Like System said, we are here for everyone free of charge.  You have already paid your due by supporting the acidmods store.  Besides we would help you even if it isn't our product.......might not be as prompt as an acidmods related problem, but rest assured we would get you fixed up.
