psp hard drive section (site improvement idea) Updated: added poll

I think that since we have enough topics and a few golden tuts from gr8pwnfl, we should make a psp hard drive section and move all the topics there so all the noobs looking to do it will look there first. sticky the good stuff like the explaintion of the hard drive and nlus2 tutorials and we got a nice new section we can point people too (if they don't find it first)

Update: since no one is taking the time to respond, I decided to put up a poll to see what you think.
