That video was my bad, I'm working on a new one now, I thought it was from that site because thats where I found it there was nothing in the rar like a read me that said where it came from so I thought it was original to that site, sorry about that again guys, I'm about to post the links to the new video after he gets done uploading.

helljumper asked in the beginning of the opensource thread if his site, :censored:, could be the headquarters of the opensource project, and hazer said no. but its still over there for some reason confusing people like mhawk who thought he was doing a good thing. nothing against anybody, but you have to read! and no means no! king mike and hazer made all this stuff here at acidmods

I did read, I just read it at the wrong site, and I'm sorry that I did, if i would have gotten it from acid mods then there would be no problem, but I didn't and i wish I would have.  The new video it 120mb and it's taking for ever to upload, but when it's done I'll send the link to someone to check out.  Here is the revised video, with apologies also.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=99t7Pj2x_FM

Hi guys I dont mind you guys working on projects and giving back to the community but we tend to frown apon diricting our members and guests away from this site as our member base is what drives the low profit to making this a free site.. If there is somthing you guys need eg hosting or space you should not hesitate to contact me.. You guy are doing a wonderful job but we need to be firm on the rules or things will get out of hand and there will be hundreds of people driving our members to there sites... If you would like to make an "Official AcidMods Team" and work with mike and some of our R&D members please contact me..

First of all, I never took credit for anything hazer has made, nor will I ever. The only reason I even considered putting the project on my site was because it was opensource. Meaning it can be edited by anyone who can code and update and better it. If you are mad cuz I did that, and because I merely asked thread viewers to check my website out and you got mad? Well, then I am sorry for that. I am sure you know how hard it is to get a new site going and how much it costs to get members. I never meant to "steal" your "leashed" members. If you want me to leave your community I will...

BTW, hazer has not even said anything about selling anything on ebay. And anyone who uses his code to make a profit is literally breaking the law...even if the code is opensoure, intellectual copyrights still protect it.

Apart from that, Hazer has the right to publish his code anywhere. And he also said that he did not want :censored: to be the HQ for his mod...and it isnt. If you check the post about the mod...and the last time it was edited....you can clearly see that from the day it was posted it has had this text at the bottom...
Source:
https://www.acidmods.com/forum/index.php?topic=22079

and I'm sure you have had tons of the views...

And all the uploaded files say that they are hazer's files....

I have not taken credit for anything, I am just a mirror for his work....nothing else.

No one was accusing you of taking credit King Mike was posting the forum rules as a reminder and if you where interested in getting a link share between the two sites there are proper ways of doing it... Also there is no reasone to get upset I was just reminding people AM has loads of resources available to our members. And yes we do know how hard it is to build a solid member base we have been working on AcidMods for 2 years and we protect our members from all types of sites in some instances we may shed them from really nice sites in the "blanket Rule" however that is not our goal we feel we can only validify the "virus free" aspect of our site and do not wish parents here the responce "I crashed the computer from a link on acidmods" once your site has been aproved by one of the admins to be a family friendly site with equal standard to our own then we will allow you to promote your site.. We have faught for 2 years to keep pornagraphy and other none family content from our children... We have rules for a reason if you would like to get your site on the aproved list please contact me or one of my admins...

"We" share as Am cuz unlike other sites the higher ups dont take what the community makes and sell it on ebay iv been a member of a few modding/programming sites that have done so. i share the work i do with ppl so thay dont get ripped by ebay :censored:s for $120 for 6$ of work.
iv never sold anything iv worked on unless it was just for the parts alone and i dont see y ppl do... hazer has put hes code put there for the public and
im sure its a good one (have not looked at it yet) and ppl are allready doing it bad... that sad this site is noted all over the net for being the gen of modding these days and the top of the moding community in most of the internet world. lets not miss that up guys everything is free. we give to as it was gave to us ( famus Quote ) so dont take it and run and make a ebay store.

I would greatly appreciate that, but when I sent a message to you guys (like...a couple weeks ago?) you never replied. This is the first tip that I have that you even "may" want anything to do with my site.

Basically, a partnership in sites would be awesome.

Maybe we could make this happen somehow...can't talk much longer b/c I have to go to work. But, ya...please think about it.

*SM is not some sort of porn base you no! It trying to become a large database of mods...nothing else.

hazer made the code but with alot of the installation stuff, like the sleeper, i believe that was kingmike and gameroms

The code had one resistor for the led the rest was just wires to the power, sync, and triggers, this was the version 2 without the opti things.
