Inspiration needed

I have been trying to think of some new signatures to make but have been drawing a blank.

What do you guys use for inspiration?
Where do you guys find some of your images that you sample from?

I normally just do a search and browse Google Images.

I have seen some of you use some really good Anime shots.
Do you already know what your looking for or just stumble across them?

I never followed the Anime scene. The closes I get is by watching adult swim.
