UMD drive noise after clear case mod. HELP?!

Just finished my first clear case mod. Now my UMD drive can't find the game and makes a terrible noise. Everthing else works perfectly. Can anyone tell what might be the  problem with my UMD drive???? And how do I fix it?

its because your UMD gears are rubbing on plastic on the backplate what you need to do, is disassemble, and look at the cogs/gears, and there is some plastic above one of them, completely take apart your PSP, and file or dremel off the sticky out bit that was covering the gears, completely.
