Psp plug help
« on: August 28, 2008, 10:30:16 PM »
hello. I was just wondering if anyone knows where to get the yellow ac adaptor in a different color. Because I saw one video on youtube where a guy had a black one and one guy had a clear one. Anyway I was just wondering if anyone knows.

Most people have painted them, I have never seen a clear one

it was on youtube, i dont know about you but i dont document every video i watch, so he has probably lost the link.

to answer the question, put a little circle of masking tape over the input hole, and two small rectangles over the + and - pads, then simply use car spray paint (make sure it says that it doesnt errode plastics), it will take about 3 seconds to do the whole thing and about 2 mins to dry, easiest way i know of.

True lol, well just if he still knew, I would like to see it. xD
Also shouldn't you let it dry longer than just 2 minutes...It would wear off when you are putting it back in...

Ya sorryy but I don't have the linn anymore. It was on some random video I watched a few week ago. I was just thinking back on it and thought it would be pretty cool. And at first I thought the guy with the black one had painted it too. But the inside was black also. I would assume it would be really hard to paint the inside even if you took the center pole out.

Ok if nobody knows where to get one, does anyone know a place that does fabrication? That way I can sent them mine and they could make me a new one in a diff color.

if there is anyone that can do that, then they would charge you a small fortune for one. most people that fabricate will have to make  :censored: loads for it to be cost affective.
