Hmm help with a SCIENCE ASSIGNMENT?

Okay so i have physics this year and im given this motor.

I have to make a car that travels .2 meters PER second so thats a meter every 5 second and im just stumped i cant make it.. can anyone show me pics.. links or whatever? thanks
