ill try to answer a few questions...

1. when complete it will be 1 chip with auto detect for both boards.

2. only thing is for 4th controller is we use the #4 led as our on/off led along with #3 on the dual rf kits.

3. in the FUTURE there will be 1 chip 16f685 that has everything we offer on it, its just a matter of install the wires to the options you want. but pleas dont ask for a date cause were just starting it.

great work guys! so you cant have teh sync button change modes on the matrix board?

if not would it be possible to install a seperate button for mode switching?

Mike, better keep the old code if you want it to work with a installed switch, cause the new hex with 3-mode on the rf wont work on a seperate switch.

yeah i was just wondering but can you switch modes with teh sync button on the matrix board? its cool that you have made the switch modes feature on the switches but id prefer it on teh sync button. no big deal if you cant do that

all controllers use the rf on/off button to switch modes, you just hold the button for 3 sec. to switch modes.

matrix version cant use sync for 3-mode.

Well, us halo people are pumped for this too. I tested it out with the 3 wire and found out this. If you shoot the AR from top-mid to top-base on valhalla, it take like 4+ clips. But it you do it with rapidfire it only takes 1. The AR is almost better than the BR with Rapidfire.
