i want to put a trackball into my xbox controller to replace the right analog stick, lil help please since google doesnt like me anymore.i cant find anywhere that can help me out

research the psp mouse project then if you can't figure it out from there then you probably shouldnt be doing this mod,If you still need help on it then hit me up

all the stuff i found on the psp mouse [i used the search function] was the ball and the jerry rigged switches, the ones where you have to bring it back to center to get it to stop. i dont want that, i want a fully functional opto-mechanical trackball. i dont think im up to an optical trackball, but i know it can be done seeing as from the looks of the inside of my roller ball mice, it seems to put out a digital signal due to infared LED's and a two way opto-transistor. but im not sure how to get that to work with the analog from the controller.
