ok so mi would like to find a good not so expensif since im new to this pic programmer since im looking forward to programing pics for my psp ps3 and other stuff i have no experince so ill start from 0 would be

Programs tons of chips. Debugs (certain chips). Ability to program with out a pc (with a battery) Bunch of other stuff too. Its quite nice to be able to have plug and use capability with MPLAB too (unlike jdm programmers which can be a hassle to setup with MPLAB)
