Note to web designers.

I would liek to request A re shuffle of the art team, Hiring Firing & Promotion.
With the support of the administrators I would like to hold a small contest where at the end art team members that have not entered without valid reason or Performed poorly in different aspects of web design that may be of valuable use to the site Will be demoted.

Non- Members who perform with notable excellence given a position
And art Team members who excell beyond teh art team standard be made Master Art Team.

If possible 4dp, myself and whoever wants to be involved will discuss the above after the contest and make it happen.

Then I will carry on keeping the art team busy so that we may help all your graphic design needs when the time comes, Such as ad banners, site redesign, themes etc.

If possible I would also Liek a list of all Art Team members if it is of easy accesas to an admin so that I can keep myself organised and really do this thing properly.

With your approval I will start tomorrow.

as i understand it we will have to under-go a series of mini tests or something which tests all/many of the aspects of amateur web art?
and yes the people who cannot perform to what ever the level they wan't gets the big ass boot. Great isn't it

There will be a series of "Mini-Tests" as Ghost Death put it each with a different aspect of designing that may be of use for the site. Each will be themed and in some cases even a case study will be available D:

The reason their will be so many is so that I may see your abilities in different aspects of web design
Thus giving everyone a fair chance if they're better at one type of thing than the other.

i think its the overall abilty and roundidness if you struggle at one thing but are really good at others you should be ok - am i right chase?
