hi im new here and I was wondering if you could do all the mods on a psp 3000 that you could do on a psp 2000 excluding cwf

Technically, yes. However, if any contact points are changed, then you would have to adjust accordingly.

Yes, You would have to get your own solder points with a multimeter probably because the the points may have changed but they could be the same i haven't seen the mobo yet :D
