I would like a sig plz along with a mac background?

Hey all,
As you probably know...I suck with photoshop
so I was wondering if someone could make me a sig and maybe even a background for my mac?
btw the mac is using  1680 x 1050 resolution
the sig along with the background I would like to have this in them(btw there are two diffferent themes to pick from)
either a cod4 theme or psp theme
the cod4 theme having some pics or sumting from cod4
and the psp having something like...I have seen a few people that shows like 3 angles of the pspp sorta faded into one another
Having my name treemty somewhere in a very cool font
saying Acidmods Where Consoles evole w/ the little x,o,[] Y things in it
