R trigger doesnt work

Ok, i bought a kinda :censored:ed psp for 40 euros, it doesnt charge because the charge plug is :censored:ed, but i can fix that, but the R trigger also doesnt work, i cleaned the thing where the rubber comes on when its pressed, but it still doesnt work, what could i do, or do i have to replace it?

The zif connector, see if it looks normal like no pins smashed (lol)

Checked the connector and it looked normal, all pins are as they should be,
but, the ribbon cable also looks normal so.

check your rubber thing contact, check your zif it might have broken or the black likes might have had got cut.

even when the ribbon cable LOOKS good it might still be broken.

I dunno what the heck is wrong, today on school i was playing GTA Vice City Stories with some friends, and it worked for like 5 seconds, and then again it didnt work
