PS3 controller slightly modded for pay

  I was wondering if anyone was interested in modding a ps3 controller to specific specifications

1) Dpad up would need to be moved to R2

2) The left analog stick (up/down) would need to be moved to the right analog stick up/down,  or switch the two sticks, then disable left/right on the analog stick

3) We can discuss payment if anyone would like to take this on by contacting alfredsartwell@hotmail.com

If this is possible, I would pay for a few more controllers with the exact same function.
