you could, someone here already tried making one, but if i'm honest, you could by one from ebay for a few bucks. there so cheap.

yeah its possible, all you need is the male plug for the port and some RCA jacks. then get the right pinout. its cheaper to go to your local gamestop of game supply store and just get one from there, about the only place you can get a male plug is off of one of the cables
