What games should I get for the ps3?

Alright guys as most of you know I'm getting my ps3 in the mail soon and I need to know what games do you recommend that I should get?  I'm getting mirror's edge for sure as well as drake's fortune and mgs4.  But what else should I get?

Cod4 and Cod: waw seem to be good games. As others have told you, Resistance 2 is also a good game.

What type of games do you like?  I mean, I have all types of games, that I really like, and would suggest, but not everyone has the same type of likes as I do...  Oh and think about ordering your games from Play-Asia, since the Asian games are mostly English, and are cheaper...

doesn't the ps3 have a region lock on it, like the wii?

What type of games do you like?  I mean, I have all types of games, that I really like, and would suggest, but not everyone has the same type of likes as I do... 

I don't like army games much, they just don't appeal to me at all.  But if it's set in the future then that's a different story altogether.  I like puzzle games and rpgs.  I don't like games with totally dark background and TONS of blood (ie resident evil), but I don't mind the blood as long as it isn't EVERYWHERE, I don't buy games to see a bunch of blood. I usually play in front of my little cousins a lot so I'm pretty considerate to them, I don't want to them to hear cuss words and see a bunch of blood and then tell their parents and have them come to me.  I LOVE the final fantasy series and other similar series and I HATE anything that's tekken and mortal combat related. I also don't like sports games like football (why pay $60 for something you can do in real life for free?). Basically anything you would see in a pg13 and below movie I would play.
