psp freezing on xmb...

my psp has been freezing up on the xmb :help: and i cannot access any of the settings.for example i cant get a usb connection while on xmb. any ideas why, or how i can fix :beg:?? thanks for the help :tup:.

reinstall another firmware. try 1.50 since its the most basic.

ok back to 1.5 but still freezing...ideas??

ok i updated to 5.00 cfw its still freezing up, but now im getting error codes "An internal error has occured" followed by BSOD (blue screen of death) the codes ive got so far

anyone have any idea on what these mean?
