Yeah I remember seeing this, somewhere. But I though it was some other mod for something else and THANK YOU for telling me which pad is negative lol. Its been driving me crazy. Also for the other LED's which pad is negative and positive? and on my LED's I have a green mark on the bottom of them, does that indicate the - or + side ?

yea that pic was for another mod I did, but it shows what needs to be shown.
Green stripe should indicate the negitive side.

@atomicareprise:

Sorry im overseas and cant post any pics atm. I just soldered that wire through hole to that big bottom 3.6v plane on the right most hole you can see in that pic.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong with my leds? Followed exactly what Jumbo said but they aren't responding to the switch at all. I got a new LCD because my old one broke and just installed it last night. Any help appreciated..

You sure you didn't accidentally bridge the ground pin on the switch with the other switches too? Or, (I'm not sure if phat switches are half metal but slims are) if you blobbed too much solder and connected to the metal part with one or more pins, it will also cause the switch to always be on. This happened on my slim but it may be different on the phat. Also, check all connections, check for shorts, etc.

That's probably why... Yea I blobbed a good amount on it. So I can't touch the switch part of it at all? I just put solder on it to go up and it touched the switch a little. Once I get back from my trip I'll try again and see if it works then.

I don't think so. Even if you DO touch the switch, make sure it's not metal and if it IS metal, then I think you're still okay if only one of the two sides (the ground you're using for your led, or the two wifi pins) touch the switch. I had this problem before where my switch had no effect at all on my amp. Turns out I blobbed way too much solder on it.
