HELP need to calculate resistance

does anyone kno how to calculate resistance or have a online calculator thing
i need to kno wat resistor i need to get 5v to 3.6v

u think u could help me out wit some other resistance calculations cuz i need them for a new mod but i need to go get a new multi meter first
and do u kno if there is any 3.6v points on the mobo cuz i need this for the super sound mod thing and it has to be 3.6v exact or atleast really close
