Safe to play online with modchip?

Hi
I have a wii with a D2pro9 modchip installed. I was wondering if i can play my backed up game (Super smash bros brawl,Mario Kart)online safely and use Wii Connect24. For e.g play online without getting banned,brick wii etc.... :help:

From what i've read/heard its safe, i haven't attempted it on my Wiikey v2'd Wii yet though....

Safe guaranteed!!I've even use online update some days ago and it's ok. ;)

yeah i use my backups of brawl, cod:waw, and mario kart online, no issues here

I use Wii Gator Gamma v0.3 and I play online game like SSBM, M K... and they run well without being banned.

from my knowledge they dont, just if they detect a backup, it shuts down the game and says something like "unpermitted hardware was found please remove this before continuing" or something like that, i havent had problems, and my Wii is booting a Wiikey v2
