The WHOLE green panel is a ground (apart from the 5v/3.6v part)

so my wires are correct??

so i can place my ground on the green panel itself?

you're referring the green panel as the board itself right??

Pretty much all the board, apart from the contacts and a small area of the panel

Yes, but those points are connected to the huge solder-masked area around the buttons - you can see they are visibly connected.

You could always solder to the back on these points-

I use these points for dual nub, Looks cleaner :D

If you mean that they are the same points, yes

as Jumbo said, if you do it on the back of the PCB, its a lot neater, plus nothing gets in the way of the buttons (so the buttons don't lose sensitivity or feel weird)
