umd door mod help

hey every1

yerr i was just wondering if i should mod my psp umd door cover as in make a rings of light or something
while the umd door cover is on the psp or should i take it off


because i don't know if i wanna put the LED lights in there or not

but if i dont put the LED lights on should i still remove the umd door cover and do it or just do it while it's on the psp thnks every1 and!
