You reminded me I wanted to learn how to do soemthing, Light Trails...Exhibit A:Exhibit B:Finally Exhibit C:See its kinda the same thing, and we both dont know how to do it lol....And jsut to hijack yoru thread a little bit, but not really cos there kinda the same effect ...How would you go about makign this sorta effect on a still image as opposed to an animation though?http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=O2zyK7Hpm6A&feature=related
Awesome, Thats the only way I know of doing it, By special photography or however you do it but I know its possible to do it in photoshop, I jsut havent figured it out yet o_O

oh and indy, you can do light trails easilly without any editing software.basically you need to set your camera on a tripod or really stable surface and slow down the shutterspeed as far as it'll go, so all the moving lights get captured but the stationary background...remains.....stationary.i too was interested in it when where i used to work i saw a cool one of hong kong harbor all the boats had these trails of light behind them, and one of the chefs, being asian, knew everything about how to do anything technology related.
