my secret project.. the time machine
« on: January 23, 2009, 02:37:51 PM »
yes thats right, while everyone is trying to get hard-drives in there psp, i have been working on a top secret project. one powerful, i plan to go back and slap  a king in the face. why? cause, why not??

please forgive me for another unfinished showing lol i just got super excited ( i didnt even let the cement dry) and started snaping pictures. so note its not done yet. the flux capacitor still needs some touchups and the psp it is intended for has not arrived yet

this is just the center peice in a whole back to the future themed psp, chrome body, red face button leds, and white trigger leds (to give the psp headlights) and some more secrets shhh

anyways i just love sharing with you guys. cause while everyones getting serious with there psp's,i like to step back and try to think of somthin random my psp could use, like time travel. hells ya!

p.s. if you dont know what this thing is i will chase you don and make you watch all the movies. im serial..
when in rome, i like hamburgers.

To all of you crying about lag and kicks, remember… when Jesus died, took him 3 days to respawn. Now THAT is lag.

Nice, you should actually take out the UMD drive and mount the flux cap behind the door, it will look even better!

thank you guys for all the nice words and suggestions :) made me feel better ( im a bit on edge since my wife could go into labour at any second of any day  now lol) all parts and lights needed are on order now its just me doing touchups to this and preparing the psp untill the parts arrive  i ordered some early but the fun doesnt start untill the shells show up il try to keep you all posted on it. you guys gave me motive to make it the best i can!

pretty nice ;)

did you give the umd door a custom paint?

yep i wanted to give the FC that "made in my garage after i smashed my head off the sink" feel lol. i know it may look a bit odd with the colors of the psp (trying to make it as close to the delorean as possible with what i ordered) but in the end i beleive it will work

thats awesome man, your other psp is wikid too

finish this and i see a promotion in your future :D

you  literaly made me just do a happy dance just so ya know  :hifive:

Nice, you should actually take out the UMD drive and mount the flux cap behind the door, it will look even better!

i was orginaly gonna do that but i still have plans for the inside

Waitttt, How is it secret if you told us??!!

I wanna see it done

yaaaa thats why if i do get a promotion dont make it secret keeper guys lmao... i suck with secrets :drunk: and im a cheap date too.

thanks again all of you :) youve givin me a mission!!! and i plan to follow thru to the end of the project, i put to much effort into the FC to not finish the psp  plus i REALLY wanna go and slap a king. i still dont know why lol but thats just a bonus

edit: i do got a question for ya all tho, which would be better you think for the FC  sound reactive or power light? cause i tried it with sound reactive and it looked pretty sweet :) what ya think?

hmm depends what you want out of it, its already sweet enough for the always on led's to do it justice for sure

sound reactive would also be cool....

but if its your thing....i recommend an led fader :D but that would take a little while to get and then install can be a bit of a heartbreak experience so yeah....depends what you wanna do :D

i kinda was hoping i could find a three way switch with 2 + and 2 -, so it would be like center is off, maybe left is sound reactive and right is power light? dunno where i could find that tho(so used to stealing parts out of my other electronics lmao)

You should put just a plain clear jewel under the leds on the back of the umd, and do the go cam mod, dual analog and usb charge, then it would be awsome.
