Need some help (FuFu) with wiring anolog stick to psp

Ok so Like FuFu did his external PS2 controller and how before when this started everyone was using the old ps2 nubs. Well I need info on how to wire up the analog nubs for an XBOX 360 controller to the PSP well actually the triggers also.
