xbox 360 controller mod

Now, thanks to my lack of skill with a soldering iron, i risk destroying my remaining controllers if I attempt any major mods.  For this reason, I am looking for someone willing to mod a 360 controller.  I have no cash at hand, so I am looking for price quotes while I scrape together the money. 

Im looking for a 3-speed chip mod for raidfire-fast, med, and COD5.

Also, what is the cost of moving the buttons to the opposite side in the same controller and moving the right thumbstick farther forward?
