Hey guys,

I was cleaning my room today lol and found a TLC555 CMOS 555 timer. You can check that specs here:

Three questions...

(1) Can it be used for rapid fire ?
(2) What programmer do I need for it ?
(3) Is there a code for Halo 3 ?

I used that exact chip for my 555 rapid fire. Works on almost any game because if you use 100k trimmer you can vary the speed. That is a intergrated circut no programing is required.

LOL how lucky is that. I'm guessing I can't switch between modes and stuff. I'd need to program it to do that right ?

the 100k trimmer allows you to turn it to make it go faster or slower, this is the same as changing modes but gives you like 1000 more options. 555 timer cannot be programed.

OHHHHH I fail...I was talking about the chips where you can do the sleeper mod. I'll hopefully be getting supplies soon. Thanks again

this way is sleeper, but if you want to use the sync button and have modes then you will need a pic.

I don't really care about the modes, I just want it to be a sleeper mod so I don't have to drill any holes and fit a switch. Will I need a pic for that ?

for this mod you do need to make a hole for the on/off switch.
