How to backup everything from Photoshop

Yeah I have just found a way to backup your settings,brushes,patterns and everything from photoshop without any programs.
The root of the folder you need is
C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\Adobe\Photoshop\9.0\Adobe Photoshop CS2 Settings
Everything's in there.That's because I wanted to transfer from a corrupted windows hard disk all the brushes
settings and everything else a friend wanted without using the photoshop backup way(we couldn't use
photoshop as Windows was corrupted).
