Dumb down the processor to a 6600, get a high end nVidia GPU, some 1600mhz ddr3 RAM.

Get western Digital hard drives instead of hitachi. The ultra PSU isn't that good so choose something else and a IDE DVD drive is no good.

i have never liked the Armor case but that's just me

as far as the HDD's go you can find much better than the hitachi's i have inherited two of them, there not bad but they are prone to failures.

decent mobo

like it has been said their is no need to have a PSU that powerful unless you are planing on running some kick but graphics cards in triple SLI. if your only going to use one you would be set with a 650w

why 2 disk drives? i would also suggest going with a SATA drive its faster than IDE and allows for easier cable routing and airflow inside the case.

as far as the CPU gos i have nothing against it.

as to the mention to use DDR3 ram, make sure the mobo can handle it.

The 790i uses DDR3
I agree with everything tec said, and also why get a BR Drive? Think to yourself, are you honestly going to watch BR movies on your computer that often? I personally think it's just a waste of money.

It's still a waste. Takes ages to download something that big, too.

My advice is to wait on the BR drive. Get everything but that and decide later on. The burning/reading speeds on BR drives are still relatively slow and at a high cost. Wait for them to drop a little bit, it's smarter.

dont get that case
id prefer teh antec 1200

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129043&Tpk=antec%201200

3 fans in front optional 4th
2 in back
one 200 mm on top
handles water cooling

and btw the ps3 has teh best bluray on teh market so a blueray player is a waste (IMO)
