My niece was diagnosed with limphonic cancer (SP) around the arteria of her heart. She is the oldest of the three nieces I have. Those of you who know me know I married an older woman and will never have any children of my own so my sisters kids are my legasy...I do have a step daughter and a grandson from her I feel are close to being my own and I love them greatly..

But Brook my niece was the one who grew up with me and gotten to know well. She is under going a biopsy today to remove the limpnoid and going to do a bone marrow test. Please if every one could keep her in there prayers I would be eternaly greatfull. Or if any one has a dollor or two send her a get well card. They live in a small part of the world. It would mean the world to me if we can show her how many people care about her..

To send her a get well card here is her address.. (Even if it was a hand made card)

Update: She had her surgery last night she as was in surgery from 2pm and still in surgery when I spoke to my mom at 8pm...

that's really sad to hear and i hope she gets better

wondering if we sent something wouldn't it be weird if random people sent cards or does she go on am sometimes. but whatever i'll be sending one

It doesn't matter if it is from strangers it still feels good to know some one cares just mention your a freind of her uncle mark

I pray for her man, I would give a card, but your in another country, and its a bit complicated to send one, and it costs quite alot (and im very low on money at the moment)

May i ask how old she is?

Cancers are getting huge, its so sad. My grandpa almost died from cancer, its a serious problem now.

that is just awful mark, always so sad to hear of a youngster with such a terrible disease. I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers. Please tell your niece and sister that we are thinking of them and your family here at AM.

Man, this is terrible. I feel sosorry for her. Cancer has affected a boy in my class for for the second time, In the brain I think. I will try and get a card sent out if possible.

My thoughts are with you, your neice and your family at this hard time, I hope everything turns out well. We are such a close community we don't mind sharing stuff like this, which is what I like about it here. I know that if I have a problem I can talk to you guys about it, Something that I often can't do due to my current situation at home. Again, my thoughts go out to you and your family.

I will try to send her a card as well. I really feel for her. There is a girl that rides my bus that just got over cancer and she is a survivor. I hope that the same happens for her.

Wow Mark, Robin just told me the news and I had to come and let you know that she is in my prayers. That’s some really bad news!! It is really tough when a love one is seriously ill especially when it is a child. My family will be sending a card and I hope that it will find her well. Stay strong and keep us posted and if you need to talk to anyone you got my number and you know how to find me….

I have an Idea! One of the people who's good at photoshop could make a card for her with messages from all of us, and you could include the image in the card!
