Ya the hold switch will work just cut both traces and on the side that goes to switch scratch them and solder power to it and then to ur LED. Using hold switch as the power switch in the diagram, any switch will work as long as its turning the power on to the LEDs not grounding it as the WIFI switch.

cant really draw a siagram for a switch thats pointless basicly you are cutting traces to deactivate the hold function then solder to hold switch as a power switch

Basically what I already posted a while ago, isolate it from the ground.

Easier to use a PIC though ;)

I agree with you there... esp if it (the pic) does more then one thing.. Oh wait.. I did that already, mode select I called it right??? :P now If Mike would sell that in the shop I would make money for modding again :P

umm in ur tut picture i think you got the positive and the negitive of the speaker around the wrong way, I tried this yesterday.

I thought so lol. I tried like 3 different ways that i thought could possibly work. I should of just picked up a switch while i was at Radio shack* or something

Yeah. You need an extra switch or use hold switch, but I have no clue how to do that. Somewhat explained above, but I don't get it haha =\

Dip switches are nice for this though. Good and small.

Alright i think i understand it!!!!!

Im thinking that the purple line i made extra could possibly be the hold switch trace,



also maybe those 4 points connecting to the power switch underneath the powerboard could be the trace points.
