Question about shop?

Does anyone know if the shop has been closed? The reason I ask is because I have tried contacting the shop a couple times through email and when I call I only get their voicemail. I have left messages and still no response. Honestly I placed an order and seen that the money was taken out of my account so Im basically wondering what is going on. I was hoping to get my order by next week since it is a gift but I'm assuming since I am not getting any responses from anyone that this wont be happening. Does it usually take awhile to here anything or get your order? Any info anyone has I would really appreciate it. Thank you for your time.

hi mike has just got settled in with his house etc so he should of caught up with orders soon theres no need to worry

Mike has some trouble with USPS too atm so idk if that has anything to do with it. He lost 50+\- packages in the mail. NVM lost the mail man stole them. But he should be back to normal asap. Just call him maybe

Completely understood. I actually did searched but didnt search the right terms to pull up the other posts but then again i am kind of slow . thanks for the welcome and all the info everyone.

Honestly it sucks that he is so behind and all the postal problems he is having. I really wished I would have known though prior to ordering, cause as i said before it is a gift, but oh well.

yeah the shop number is on there. actually i have called sometime last week and left voice messages and sent 2 emails that still have not been returned. that is why i was originally worried.
