where are the anode/cathode of SMT LEDs?

I've been looking for this for a while, but i can't find anything. I'm in the middle of my psp2000 sound reactive mod, but i don't know where the anodes and cathodes are on my LEDs. they have a green T thing on the bottom, but thats all thats there. Thanks for the help, my PSP is in pieces with wires sticking out and I only have about an hour left of work done, so i'd like to finish. jak

Yeah or if there is a dot or something the closer end to the dot is negative.

ok here is how I always remember what is what: there is an anode and a cathode, the anode is the big part of the triangle in the symbol. So anode = A$$ or butt of the symbol.  Cathode is the Line of the symbol, generally when the part is marked on a diode they mark the Cathode with a dot or a line(just like the symbol), which in an LED's case is the negative lead.
