you solder the leds to wire, glue the leds in, solder the wire to corresponding resistors, then solder them to the mobo
youll have to figure this one out on you own

If you have a multimeter, you should use that to find the positive and negative points on the N64 mobo.
It's the basics that bring us down.

You can use LEDs that are 3.3v or 5v in the N64, as the N64 has a 7805 (5v) and the second power supply is 3.3v in the system. Makes it easy!
