If you leak it won't work for anyone, It is a waste of time it is baiscally like re-jailbraking for fun ad the beta only works for the Ipod/iPhone it is registered to witch is hardcoded into the new OS

Dude, I've got the beta on my iTouch with all of my stuff synced over to it.

It's awesome.

The betas work on ANY iPhone/iTouch(provided it's the correct one for your device), but for iPhones to be activated you must be a registered developer and the same goes for syncing the iTouch.
For the iTouch, though, there's a workaround.

if its not clear to all yet, its basically that the leaked firmware will work on any device BUT you will not be able to sync your device with itunes before you register with an Apple Developers account or get someone with an account to add you to his.

No there's workarounds for iTouches...
