Pondering whether to buy...

I was thinking of buying an Xbox 360 arcade off my friend for $150. From there, I would refurbish it, add cooling, and lights, then resell it. How much could I get in the end for all of that, and is it worth it? Thanks!

You'll only get maybe $150 on ebay for a modded 360 (added cooling, etc). Not many people on ebay buy basic stuff.
If it's a red ring 360, it's only worth maybe $40.

It would be a better idea to just save a bit more and buy a brand new system. It's not that much extra money and trust me, you'll be more happy with a new system.

he said he wants to sell it. hes not keeping it if you guys read correctly. Anyways, if you can do all the stuff for sure an fix it for sure then I wouldnt do it still. Your not goin to get that much for it. Probably not even your money back after modding it and everything. From what ive seen modded systems dont sell very well like the controllers did.
