more than likely the mobo is shot. you can try a re-install of the os or if you have access to the recovery partition or the recovery disk you could try a recover.

but most likely you need to send it back to get refurbed

Actually if you read his problem...it doesn't even get to the OS boot process.
It seems like maybe the BIOS might not be loading up each time, I guess?

Either way, it seems that the mobo is just faulty. Just send it in like Tec_ said.
