help me with my lcd screen (NOT COMING ON)

I modded my psp phat with the trigger mod with the led all ig good.Then i wanted to mod my umd door .I put the lcd screen back and i turned it on to see if every thing worked and it did the lcd screen came on.But i noticed that i forgot to put tap over my wirers went to put my lcd screen back and i tried to see if every thing works again it comes on the speakers work but my lcd screen does not come on i checked every thing and it all in the right space.the clip that the cabels go in not the small one but the big cabel i noticed that one of the pines is missing what can i do
