Mobile Pod Spring Nav is the theme.

You can get it from the apple-news.fr repo in Cydia (http://apple-news.fr/repo/) and it's listed as MobilePod-SN-XX-iPod (XX is either US or FR [English or French])

My icons just reset because I messed with something, so I'm going to mod the black webclips into jumps for the same page, this way I don't accidentally open up Safari. It's GENIUS!
