lcd with lines in display...

my lcd occasionally displays lines on the screen...but when i popped it out on my lcd cage it

clears the lines and turns back to normal..then i put it again in my lcd cage...

and when i turned it off the psp the lcd again displays the lines..

what could be done to have this fixed..thanks guys...

hmmmmmmmm this happened to my psp, but taking it out of the cage doesn't fix it... I'm mostly sure a new lcd will fix this, but I have yet to try this

Maybe its something to do with putting pressure on certain points of the case, and this causes the lines..?

Or

Your lcd cable is a tad loose, so after a little shake or something, some of the connecters loss contact..?

apply some non-conductive tape over the lcd ribbon cable and the socket it plugs into, and push down. put case back together and you problem should be solved...well thats what happened to my dad's.

i tried changing my lcd cage but it don't helped..i will try your suggestion hopefully it works..

that only works for vertical lines, as far as I know, but horizontial lines fome from and lcd screen that is dying, mine were on and off for a week, and then more and more came... I tried the tape method too, but that didn't work...
