New gaming rig

I’m going to build a new gaming rig.
I have chosen the components already, now I’m going to order them very soon.

Specs:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6700 with Zalman CNPS 8700NT
EVGA 750i SLI FTW
4x 1024MB DDR2-1066 Corsair Dominator
2x XFX GTX260 in SLI (already got them)
Lian Li PC60F case, custom-windowed by DD (DubbleDutch)
And some DVD writer.

Not sure about the PSU yet, 700watt Chill Innovation or 700watt CoolerMaster.
