Sony are running down stock of the PS3. They have (not to the public) anounced new bundle packs but have not started taking orders for them. They have to do some thing to gain public trust after not dropping the price at E3 and making the PSP GO so dam expencive.
An old school friend works for SCEE and hes told me to keep my eyes open in the next two weeks!... I am a bit of a Sony fan boy so im getting quite excited. A slim PS3 would take the strain off my day of release PS3 phat! Roll on the 24th! shhh...

Seen it already ... there are also rumors that sony has cut down manufacturing costs by 70% which could mean a MASSIVE price cut....

I have now notified my friends in Germany to be as meer cats and keep a look out. Sounds bloody amazing if everything goes as we hope. I mean, I've already got a First Gen PS3 so I am good to go, bust still. I'd like to see more people with them. I wish I had only paid 250$ for mine ._. I could have bought too XD

Killzone 2 was um.... .... A good way to waste 4 hours of your life and gave you the perfect opportunity to be ripped off at game stop when trading the game. Metal Gear Solid 4 was unbelievably entertaining and is great for any game collection.

Yea this looks but are the specs still the same we dont know compacting something that small with what the larger PS3 has it i dont if will have the same specs with all that heat being produced.

Sony will be able to downsize the ps3 because they have shifted to a 45nm achitecture thereby allowing for less heat to be generated and so a much smaller heatsink to be used. So , they can cut down on that and can make the PS3 slim without removing features.

btw , stupid question BUT when does the 'Holiday Season' start ???

Those seem to be something like platinum titles.....
If it is a Photoshop , it is definitely a very convincing one.
The only thing which seems odd to me is the all in one memory card reader .... i didnt expect them to put this back in.

On second thought , it looks like someone has photoshopped 'The Slim is in ' over a pre-existing yellow banner ..... Could someone look this up , i dont have access to Best Buy to know how their banners look :P

No that is what bestbuy adds usually look like I believe this is either

(A) a very crappy pic of the add
(B) a very good PSed add
(C) someones way to piss people off
