ok as the title says.. i got bored with the usual mods.. so im learning some new stuff, and i dont have a name for this mod.... any suggestion?

dual nub.. dunt have internet connection at home, so its hard for me to keep an update, finish the mod already, but at the moment trying to compile everything, doing other mods as well + preparation of my gaming shop.. so im abit Busy for the moment.
some pics that i manage to capture while in the process. just uploading some pics, i will explain and update later. and for all the comments thank you =)

*Im not doing on this psp, this is just a faceplate for me to practice, get the correct measurement and etc. im doing on a red psp belongs to a person that use the nick joker_invisible, he is a friend to a friend of mine.

Sorry for slight thread hijack, but so I print out the thing on paper, taker an iron and iron the paper on top of the copper board, then so use that special acid to dissolve the excess? do I need any special printer? also does it matter if the copper board is double sided?

it needs to be a laser printer. You use a striper and a devloper. Double sided shouldn't matter. It should strip of that bottom layer anyway, unless you want the board to have traces on the bottom, this should work but will be hard to get accurate.

i have 5 slims and 1psp3k
i never touch my psp... =_= ... most of them are collecting dust... i only use my psp to do RnD. then mods on others psp... (mostly my friends with a small fee)

lol.. the glasses.. always wear a safety glass when dremeling. XD

Nice I like how the metal supports for the UMD door are painted. I think I’m gonna have to do that. What type of paint is best to give a glossy finish? Or did you have to use a clear coat on top?

lol.. i use normal spray paint...
i use a clear coat on top...
put the can in warm/hot water to give even more smooth finish.

Cool, looks good, I like the idea for the camera.

However, I'll suggest something I'm planning on doing.

Install some infrared led's around the lense, this will allow your camera to see in the dark.

Btw, nice hakko, mine has yet to fail me. (I plan on upgrading soon...)

I still suggest putting more infrared l.e.d.'s in it though, that way you'll take BETTER night shots.

AFAIK... there are special type of camera that can catch IR light..
coz some light move at different speed or wavelength.. thats why our eyes cant see IR
UV and IR are different type of light..
i dunno.. maybe im wrong

hi guys, this dude is a great modder but sadly..1 of the psp he posted was never even finish modding but yet he claimed he did so (red psp with non-working dual nub, if it is working, where is the video?)..was looking thru some mod thru the net when i come thru this thread in a forum over my place..

i admit that psp was not finish, but i was not my fault. the owner want it early, despite i already said it was not ready, and his uncle took it to another technician, you can ask most of my client here.
and we both already agree that he will not complain about it is not finish cause he wanted it early. side from that, the owner agrees to meet me personally to finish the job. but he didnt keep his promise and our deal. about the money, when his uncle was at my home i already offer him refund MANY times. but he refuse to take it.

if include repairs job, i already done about 500 or more, you can ask there and most of my client of feedbacks, i can gladly ask them for email or phone number for you to ask them personally.
the mods that are being done are dual nub, but as you can see, i already done that on danial quek psp's.
late are normal issues, you have to think im not doing ONLY 1 psp a week. there are alot of psp to be done and most of the time im busy.

its weird, when you are successful, people will get jealous and try to take you down in weird ways. even as far to dig up old thread like this.

look at the date of the case. it was along time ago.
and after that date there was still alot of psp,xbox360 and wii that i modded and repaired.

some of them even threatening some forumers to take sides, or else they also will be ban by the community. so they have no other choice but to join them. most of my client also said it was a well done conspiracy.

gamerzunite.net was formed by senior people from lowyat who eventually hates lowyat. so they created gamerzunite.net.

please, do ask feedbacks from most client

anyway, this is not a tread for me to promote my biz, its rather a place to show my work.

only 1 psp that was not finish. more then 500 are finish. i left the math to you to count the percentage
