around Christmas time, I bought a Rrod 360that had a ram error, I used my heat gun and attempted at fixing it, for some reason it didn't work
today after all these months, i pulled out the mobo, to measure the CPU and GPU for water cooling on a different xbox, and decided to try and get it to work again...i plugged it in, it said it was overheated(2 r lights.) so i put the heat sinks on and the fan, and it turned on for 10 secs then overheated, I then put some thermal paste on...and now it works almost PERFECTLY.
I am ordering the NEW Rrod pro fix kit(because it has no x-clamps...idk y? and i need new bolts etc) and then I am giving this baby to my brother as a graduation from high school gift(paid $50 for the console) I am also adding 2 fans at 12v, and like my black hawk xbox, adding a switch in the back fro 6v and 12v because this 360 is HOT!!!(literally)
