gtaIV file needed

so i did this mod and i forgot to back up the original file and idl the mod and i was hoping someone had the game and they could give me the file.. file needed is \Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data\handling.dat

Can't you just reinstall? If it's on the disk, I thought you can't edit files on a disk...

Sorry man, But your gonna have to reinstall the game or repair it. Cause Giving files to games is against the End User license agreement. They consider that Pirating so to speak.

reinstall the game for one lil mod? pshh ill just keep it, or get on msn and have someone give it to me there, how is it pirating, i can get you proof i own the game... i just need one file, thts all

and im not modifing the files on the disk, its the file on my pc in my program files
